About Our Beef

What is full blood Wagyu beef?
Full blood Wagyu means 100% pure Japanese Wagyu genetics with no crossbreeding. Our Wagyu cattle are raised to produce the highest quality beef with exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor that Wagyu is famous for.

What is Beefmaster beef?
Beefmaster is an American breed known for its excellent beef quality, combining hardiness with superior taste. Our Beefmaster cattle produce well-marbled, flavorful beef that's perfect for those who want premium quality at great value.

What's the difference between Wagyu and Beefmaster?
Wagyu is renowned for its intense marbling and buttery texture, while Beefmaster offers excellent flavor and tenderness with a more traditional beef profile. Both are premium options - Wagyu for the ultimate luxury experience, Beefmaster for exceptional everyday quality.

Ordering & Shipping

How is the beef packaged and shipped?
All our beef is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to lock in freshness. We ship in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure your beef arrives frozen solid. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 1-2 days via expedited shipping to maintain frozen temperatures throughout transit.

What if my beef arrives thawed?
While rare, if your beef arrives thawed but still cold (below 40°F), it's safe to refreeze or cook immediately. Contact us right away if there are any concerns with your order.

Storage & Preparation

How should I store my beef?
Keep frozen beef in your freezer at 0°F or below. Wagyu can be stored frozen for up to 12 months, Beefmaster for up to 12 months. Once thawed, use within 3-5 days and do not refreeze.

What's the best way to thaw beef?
For best results, thaw in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours depending on cut size. For quicker thawing, submerge vacuum-sealed packages in cold water, changing water every 30 minutes. Never thaw at room temperature.

How should I cook Wagyu vs Beefmaster?
Wagyu's high fat content means it cooks faster - use medium-high heat and don't overcook. Medium-rare to medium is ideal. Beefmaster can be cooked like premium traditional beef. Both benefit from bringing to room temperature before cooking and resting after cooking.
