Wagyu Reserve Little Johnnie’s

Little Johnnie's are our answer to the hot dog, made here from Wagyu Reserve, the highest-marbling Fullblood Wagyu we raise. Shaped like a hot dog, but they eat like a good fresh sausage rather than an emulsified one.

These are the fresh version: made with fresh ingredients, not smoked and not precooked, so they need cooking. Grill over medium heat turning until browned, or brown them in a skillet. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F, the USDA safe minimum for any ground meat.

About 1 lb per pack, 4 to 6 links.

Storage: keep frozen. Once thawed in the refrigerator, cook fresh sausage within 1 to 2 days (USDA cold storage guidance).
