Pre-formed Fullblood Wagyu burger patties, a third of a pound each, so you can go straight from the freezer bag to the grill without grinding or shaping.
How to cook them: season the outside, cook over medium-high heat and turn once. Do not press them; that pushes the juice out. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F, the USDA safe minimum for ground beef.
Thaw in the refrigerator, about 24 hours for most packs. For faster thawing, keep the package sealed in cold water and change the water every 30 minutes, then cook it right away.
